- Operate a commercial vehicle following all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

- Safely load and unload vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of load

- Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and time efficiency 

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs

- Collaborate with dispatchers and logistics team to ensure smooth operations

- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record

- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably with auto-haul or out of state driving

- TWIC Card (preferred but not required)

- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices

- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including outdoor elements, moving in and out of cars, and climbing ladders

- Must wear appropriate work attire

- Provide efficient time management

- Must be able to use Smartphone APP’s 

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Able to work Monday through Sunday OTR with time off for 34-hour Reset

- Competitive compensation package based on a percentage of gross load (25%-30%)
